For Ireland, shipping costs €4 and is FREE after you purchase items costing €49 or more.

For the UK, shipping costs €4 and is FREE after you purchase items costing €49 or more.

For Europe, shipping costs €10 and is FREE after you purchase items costing €49 or more.

For the rest of the world, shipping costs €10 and is FREE after you purchase items with a value of €74 or more.

We try to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, after your order is placed, you will have a very limited time to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.

We do not currently offer exchanges for online purchases. Once your parcel is sent back to us, it will be processed for a return and submitted for a refund to the payment method used to place the order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our billing system will only accept orders where the billing address and the shipping address are approximately the same. This is to prevent instances of fraud.

 

 

We use two shipping providers to deliver our products - An Post (for Ireland) and Royal Mail (for the rest of the world). We do this to ensure the best possible postal rates for our customers. Shipping to Europe typically takes 3 to 5 working days. This may not always be the case however depending on time of year and weather conditions. For the rest of the work it can take up to ten working days or more depending on seasonal factors.

 

 

We use both Paypal and Shopify Payments for all financial transactions. These two payment methods are very secure and no credit card information at all gets saved on our Donnta website.

 

 

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been accepted and dispatched with a tracking number, where applicable.

 

 

You will receive an invoice along with the actual product in the post. Please ensure that if you are returning a product to include the invoice so that we can identify to whom we must refund the order
